I wish a had looked into this review before buying!! Exactly like the reviews before mine!! Just 3,000 to the trash!!! Right after my son driving it had issues. Just bad. Quality!! And yes after paying cash!! Albert just ignored us. With the issues that trash he sold us had. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SHOULD BE MORE HONEST!!! I clearly aske him!!! THIS IS READY TO GO. NO MAIN PROBLEMS OR NEED TO BRING BACK. HE SAID NOO AS LONG AS U MAKE THE OIL CHANGE IT BE GOOD!!! And noo MY SON HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE THAT TRASH! First time i took it back had to pay another 150 for a new and better quality FILTER. O BECAUSE I LIVE IN A VERY SANDY AREA!!! Aren’t Those ready for that!! Just the worse purchase ever answering to ur post Albert no I don’t know all the specific names of the thing that happened to the quad. And that stuck carburetor was befor the insident !! And i u haven’t seen me there is because I know u are going to do anything right anyways I’ve been there twice! I told u I didn’t hace a trailer u think is easy for me ti borrow one and drive 49 minutes every time the trash u sold me broke!!! And yes its just sitting there ! I have no ideaand i do have a receipt i paid 2700 plud the stupid light how u are still in business. !!!! U SELL TRASH!!

DISAPPOINTMENT. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. My family and I bought a quad for my little cousin. Nice man but very manipulative and convincing. Do not trust them. It was a disaster. When we got home my cousin was extremely excited and all was well until there was a gas leakage mind you my cousin hadn’t even got to drive it. We called funscooterz and they claimed they could fix it but then we checked the screws and they’re very bad/poor quality. My cousin decided to give it a test drive and he had an accident claiming the quad got out of control mind you we were at home in a backyard, flat surfaces and NO rocks or anything. We didn’t think anything of it, it was accident until we turned it on the quad left BY ITSELF. WE COULD NOT STOP IT, IT IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. We came to turn it in THE SAME DAY. my cousin no longer wants it he is FREAKED OUT. Do not buy from here it is a rip off!!! Save money and your family from any dangers.


Great place for anything you need their located at 7700 Gateway East. Albert who works there and fantastic guy very knowledgeable and doesnt mind sharing information hell do whatever he can to help you.


This place and the personnel are fantastic! We went to a few different stores looking for an atv for our kids, and this store was the only place that not only had what we were looking for but could answer all the questions and walk us through everything. Great price. Great customer service! Awesome place!


Very poor customer service. My husband was given two scooters I didnt order and are ugly. They say they called but when asked when due to me not having no missed called Albert couldnt remember.scooyets were suppose to be there the week after I bought them yet took 2 extra weeks and when my husband went to pick them up he had to wait 4 hours


Horrible customer service, I do not recommend. Take your money elsewhere

They will charge A lot for repair and also storage fees if not in good terms with the owner or helper.REALLY TAKE BUSSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE OR INVEST UR MONEY IN SOMETHING THAT WILL LAST U MORE AND NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.loose bolts gas leack twice and more.then they want to act like they are there for you. Yes to take ur money $95. For repair.LETS SPREAD THE WORD.


Customer Service sucks, and they will not honor warranty. The owner is quick to sell, but if a part fails forget about having him help you out.
